I decided to do my project over some nursery rhymes. I choose a few different nursery rhymes after looking through The Real Mother Goose by Blanche Fisher Wright at Gutenberg . It had so many different ones to choose from, I started out by picking a few favorites until I realized they all had something in common: the moon! I think I will use the nursery rhymes as inspiration for a series of stories about the man in the moon. He could even be the narrator, maybe having once been a great wizard who made his home in the sky. I definitely have a lot of good ideas going! The following are the three nursery rhymes I chose.
